About this place
18 square metres is a space where you can finally separate the work zone from rest. You have enough space here to spread out with your laptop and notes without feeling cramped, and after everything have somewhere to catch your breath. It is simply a large, private room that provides comfort and conditions for focus.
In the kitchen awaits a gas hob and an oven, so you cook whenever hunger catches you. You sort out laundry on site, and after a hard day you reset in the corner bathtub.
