About this place
Your own 10 metres to catch your breath after an intense day in the city. This is that private corner where you simply close the door and cut yourself off from everything. A personal space created for regeneration and quiet work.
In the kitchen with classic, wooden cupboards, you cook whenever you want – a gas hob with an oven and a microwave await you. You handle laundry on site, and after a long day a quick shower allows for a moment of regeneration. From the Os. Piastowskie stop, to which you have 2 minutes, on the way home you can grab dinner at Pierożkowy Raj. For bigger shopping or to the cinema you pop into Posnania – that's just a 9-minute walk. And if something required repair, you report a fault online and our technician takes care of the rest, communicating in Polish or English.

How does reserving this place work?
You pay a reservation fee of 500 zł today through Stripe (BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). That takes the place off the market for 5 days while you read and sign the lease online, in Polish and English. Once the lease is signed and the first payments are made, you collect the keys from a deposit box.
When do I get the reservation fee back?
In full, within 7 days, if we do not send you the lease during the reservation period, if the place stops being available because of us, or if the lease is not concluded through no one's fault. The fee is not refunded if you resign after receiving the lease. When you sign, the fee counts towards the deposit.
What does 1248 zł a month cover?
Rent of 849 zł plus a fixed media fee of 399 zł, 1248 zł together. Included: electricity, water and heating, internet, full furnishing and appliances, fault service (technician). The media fee is a flat amount, so there are no meter readings and no utility contracts in your name.
What do I pay before I move in?
First month 1248 zł, deposit 1250 zł: 2498 zł in total. 500 zł of that is the reservation fee you pay today, so 1998 zł is due when the lease is signed. The deposit comes back within 30 days after you move out, minus any documented deductions.
What if the place is not as described?
You have 48 hours after collecting the keys to report a material mismatch with the listing. We then fix it, offer a comparable place or settle and refund as set out in the Reservation Terms.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is 6 months. Staying longer is fine.
