How the numbers are made
Each figure is the median of the full monthly amount a tenant pays: rent plus the fixed media fee for a room, rent plus the building fee for a whole flat. Metered utilities are left out because they depend on usage.
Median, not average: half of the listings cost less and half cost more, so one expensive flat does not move the number.
A district gets a number only when it has at least 3 listings. Below that we name the district and say the sample is too small.
