Jeżyce sits just west of the centre. UAM Ogrody is a tram ride or an easy walk away, UPP Sołacz is close, and the centre is a few stops in the other direction.
The flats here are mostly tenement buildings around Rynek Jeżycki and ul. Dąbrowskiego: old bones, renovated inside, with the Jeżyce market and its cafés a few streets away.
