About this place
A separate kitchen leaves the main room free for work and relaxation. This furnished 26.4 m² apartment has a corner sofa, a wardrobe and a desk by large windows. There is room to open your laptop by the window and settle onto the sofa when you want to relax. The kitchen has a fridge and a hob, while the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Many everyday errands are within easy reach of Poznańska Street. The Kościelna stop is about a 2-minute walk away, and Rynek Jeżycki is about 3 minutes on foot. There are shops and places to eat nearby, so picking up a few groceries or a meal does not need to become a separate trip. Jeżyce is also a convenient starting point for getting around Poznań. Example public transport journeys take around 8 minutes to Rondo Kaponiera and 16 minutes to Poznań Główny railway station. Allow around 11 minutes to the Poznań University of Economics and Business, 13 minutes to UAM Centrum, and 21 minutes to the Poznań University of Technology campus at Piotrowo. These approximate times come from Google Routes connections checked for 3 November 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and refer to the specific destinations listed. They include walking and transfers; actual journey times depend on the service and when you set off.

Questions about this place
How does reserving this place work?
You pay a reservation fee of 500 zł today through Stripe (BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). That takes the place off the market for 5 days while you read and sign the lease online, in Polish and English. Once the lease is signed and the first payments are made, you collect the keys from a deposit box.
When do I get the reservation fee back?
In full, within 7 days, if we do not send you the lease during the reservation period, if the place stops being available because of us, or if the lease is not concluded through no one's fault. The fee is not refunded if you resign after receiving the lease. When you sign, the fee counts towards the one-off commission.
What does 2220 zł a month cover?
Rent of 1700 zł plus a building fee of 520 zł, 2220 zł together. Metered utilities are settled separately, on your own usage.
What do I pay before I move in?
First month 2220 zł, deposit 2400 zł and a one-off commission of 1000 zł: 5620 zł in total. 500 zł of that is the reservation fee you pay today, so 5120 zł is due when the lease is signed. The deposit comes back within 30 days after you move out, minus any documented deductions.
What if the place is not as described?
You have 48 hours after collecting the keys to report a material mismatch with the listing. We then fix it, offer a comparable place or settle and refund as set out in the Reservation Terms.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is 6 months. Staying longer is fine.
Can I see the place before I decide?
Yes. Ask for an in-person viewing before you decide and the team confirms a time with you.
Who do I sign the lease with?
Your lease is with CITYROOM Sp. z o.o., the company behind citymate, renting in Poznań since 2017.

The people behind citymate
A young team that gets how you want to rent.
We are a group of young people who know what renting in a new city feels like because we have done it ourselves. We focus on clear information, visible next steps and straightforward contact routes.
We genuinely like working with the people who live with us, and we are happy to help with the odd, off-script things that come up along the way. And if a good friendship grows out of it, even better. That is the kind of renting we want to run.
