What is included
- electricity, water and heating
- internet
- full furnishing and appliances
- malfunction service (technician)
For a room, you pay the monthly rent plus one fixed media fee that covers electricity, heating, water and internet. Questions about this place
How does reserving this place work?
You pay a reservation fee of 500 zł today through Stripe (BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). That takes the place off the market for 5 days while you read and sign the lease online, in Polish and English. Once the lease is signed and the first payments are made, you collect the keys from a deposit box.
When do I get the reservation fee back?
In full, within 7 days, if we do not send you the lease during the reservation period, if the place stops being available because of us, or if the lease is not concluded through no one's fault. The fee is not refunded if you resign after receiving the lease. When you sign, the fee counts towards the one-off commission.
What does 1398 zł a month cover?
Rent of 1099 zł plus a fixed media fee of 299 zł, 1398 zł together. Included: electricity, water and heating, internet, full furnishing and appliances, malfunction service (technician). The media fee is a flat amount, so there are no meter readings and no utility contracts in your name.
What do I pay before I move in?
First month 1398 zł, deposit 1400 zł and a one-off commission of 1099 zł: 3897 zł in total. 500 zł of that is the reservation fee you pay today, so 3397 zł is due when the lease is signed. The deposit comes back within 30 days after you move out, minus any documented deductions.
What if the place is not as described?
You have 48 hours after collecting the keys to report a material mismatch with the listing. We then fix it, offer a comparable place or settle and refund as set out in the Reservation Terms.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is 6 months. Staying longer is fine.
Can I see the place before I decide?
Yes. Ask for an in-person viewing before you decide and the team confirms a time with you.
Who do I sign the lease with?
Your lease is with CITYROOM Sp. z o.o., the company behind citymate, renting in Poznań since 2017.
